Cox technique
The Cox technique has been used for several decades to relieve back pain, neck pain, sciatica and pain due to herniated discs. It is a non-surgical procedure that requires the use of a particular treatment table and the trained chiropractor's hands to approach. It is usually very comfortable for the client and is documented by looking for: decrease intradiscal pressure up to -192mmHg in the lumbar region and decrease pressure in the cervical region (C4 to C7) from 96 to 1583 mm Hg, increase intervertebral foramen by 28% and reduce the pressure on the spinal nerves that allow the vertebral joints to recover the quality of movement. It can often be used for the following situations: herniated disc, disc disease, facet syndrome, stenosis, spondylolisthesis, post-surgical pain other conditions The following video (in English) with Dr. Cox demonstrates what a treatment can look like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sqgNZj25bUk
